# Default and custom cashback value

You must set a default cashback value in the settings of each module.

You can choose one of the following cashback calculation methods:

* Percentage of sale amount
* Percentage of my commission
* Flat amount

We recommend **"Percentage of my commission"** — users will receive a predictable cashback amount based on your commission.
