Affiliate Egg integration

If you use Affiliate Egg Pro plugin you can activate integration with Affiliate Egg and Cashback Tracker. For this, go to Affiliate Egg -> General settings -> Cashback Tracker integration:

This is also working for all CE + AE modules.
