Cashback Tracker turns a WordPress site into a cashback site.

Members click through to a shop from your pages. The affiliate network reports the sale back to you, and the plugin records the member's share. Their balance grows until they ask to be paid.

What it does

• Imports the shops you are approved for from your affiliate networks

• Builds a page for each one, with a cashback rate and a tracked link

• Imports coupons for those shops

• Records every sale against the member who made it

• Keeps each member's balance, and shows it to them

• Handles payout requests through to the point of payment

What it never does

It does not move money. No payment gateway, no wallet, no transfers.

A payout request is a record. You send the money yourself — PayPal, bank transfer, gift card, whatever you use — and mark it paid. That is deliberate, and the reasoning is on What the plugin never does.

Who this guide is for

The person running the site. Everything here is done from wp-admin, with no code — except the last section, which is for developers extending the plugin.

What you need

• WordPress 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later

• An account with at least one affiliate network, and approval from the shops you want to carry
