Order reference
The order id the network reported

When the order was recorded

What they spent, so the rate needs no arithmetic. Absent when the network did not report one

Only when the row is approved and its holding period is still running
Amount

One badge
Rows with no order behind them — a signup bonus, a manual adjustment, a payout — show their description instead of a shop, and carry only the parts that apply to them.
Why a purchase takes weeks to appear
Two waits, one after the other.
Reporting. The shop tells the network about the order, and the network tells us on our next download. Same day for some networks, a few days for others. Until then the order does not exist anywhere the plugin can see it.
Confirmation. The shop then checks the order is real and unreturned. This is the long one — commonly 30 to 60 days, and considerably longer for travel, where confirmation waits until after the trip.
Only after that does the row become Available, minus any holding period you have configured on top.
A missing order
Before treating it as lost, check it is not simply early — see above.
What a member should be asked for: the date, the shop, the order number and the order value. What you can then do:
Look for it in
Cashback Tracker→Orders, by shop and date. A row that is there but not on their account is an order that did not attach to a member — usually a click that carried no tracking id.Look for their click. No click means the affiliate link was never used: an adblocker, a coupon site opened in another tab afterwards, or the shop's own app rather than the browser.
If the order is genuinely with the network but not with you, raise it with the network. If it never reached the network, only the shop can say why.
When you decide to honour it regardless, adjust their balance — the adjustment appears in their history with whatever note you write.
The most common cause by far is a second affiliate cookie set after yours. Whoever is last usually wins, and no plugin can recover an order the network attributed elsewhere.
Declined orders
A declined row stays in the history, struck through and grey, with the line This did not affect your balance.
It is not hidden, because a member who watched cashback appear and disappear needs to find both halves of that story. It is not printed like a normal row either — a declined $3.00 shown plainly reads as a credit they never had.
The usual reasons: the item was returned, the order was cancelled, it was paid with a competing voucher code, or it fell into a category the shop excludes. The shop decides this, not the plugin, and a network that revises its mind later will revise the row too.
